Webster Barnaby was born and raised in the U.K. He graduated with an Associate of Arts in Business from Matthew Boulton Technical College in Birmingham, United Kingdom. He worked as an Area Housing Manager and immigrated to the United States in 1987.

Representative Barnaby became a Naturalized American Citizen on March 5th, 1998, while he was working as a Membership Sales Representative for National Write Our Congressman.

He successfully ran for City Commissioner of Deltona, Florida and was elected in November 2012. Webster recently was elected as State Representative in House District 27 on November 2020 and subsequently in 2022 for District 29. Currently he serves on the following Committees:

• Constitutional Rights, Rules of Law & Government Operations
• Commerce Committee
• Criminal Justice Subcommittee
• Judiciary Committee
• Ways & Means Committee

Webster is married to Silvia Barnaby, and they have two adult children; Britney Barnaby who also serves as our ORWF Secretary and is a graduate of the University of Florida and Lt. Adrian Joshua Barnaby, a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Class of 2015.
